Where do we start?
No two establishments share exactly the same problems, circumstances or opportunities.
So to understand the dynamics of your business we usually conduct an initial operational review at your premises. We then provide you with a summary of our observations and our recommendations. If you choose, we will work with you to help implement those changes.
When you call us, we'll have a number of questions that we need to ask to ensure that we're not wasting your time and money. Apart from telling us about your business in general terms (menu, number of sessions, clientele, style of operation etc) you should also have to hand the following information:
Total No. of covers
Average weekly cover counts
Average spend per head
Annual Turnover for each year that you've had the business (if applicable)
